CoreWeave is seeking a Manager of the Leasing Team in Dallas to oversee end-to-end lease accounting under ASC 842 for a growing portfolio. You will lead senior accountants, review embedded leases in complex contracts, and drive month-end close with senior finance leadership involvement.

The role requires 7+ years in lease or technical accounting, CPA in progress or completed, and strong communication skills to partner with Legal, FP&A, and Treasury.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with focus on lease accounting or technical accounting.
• Deep knowledge of ASC 842 and application to complex contracts.
• Experience mentoring accounting professionals.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of senior accountants focused on lease accounting.
• Identify embedded leases within Network Service Agreements and other contracts.
• Oversee ASC 842 processes: initial recognition, remeasurement, modification analysis.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for lease portfolio.
• Prepare balance sheet and P&L analytics with clear variance explanations.
• Collaborate with Legal, FP&A, Operations, and Treasury on new leases and amendments.
• Drive scalable controls and process improvements for growing portfolio.
• Coordinate with external auditors on lease matters and memo preparation.
• Support lease-related disclosures in US GAAP financial statements.
