Inspire Brands, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Lease Accounting to lead a team responsible for accounting, reporting, payment, and billing of lease transactions across the real estate portfolio.

The role oversees monthly close activities, rent accounting (fixed/variable), CAM, and property tax payments, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP ASC 842 and SOX requirements. The position sits at our Atlanta Global Support Center with onsite work four days per week.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in accounting or finance required.
• CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting experience with lease accounting/real estate focus.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 842 and U.S. GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead lease accounting operations including accounting, reporting, payment, and billing for lease transactions.
• Manage month-end and quarter-end close: entries, reconciliations, analyses, disclosures.
• Review lease-related balance sheets and income statements (fixed/variable rent, CAM, property taxes).
• Provide guidance on ASC 842 classifications, modifications, remeasurements, impairments, terminations.
