Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills required, both verbal and written.
• Must have at least two years of successful sales experience in Multi Family.
• Aptitude for management and basic office administration needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a full sales desk, handle sales calls and leasing inquiries.
• Show vacant apartments, explain pricing and lease terms to prospects.
• Complete traffic/guest card information on all prospects and follow up.
