Village Green is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Shiloh, IL to drive occupancy for our multifamily communities. The role offers a base pay of $18 per hour plus commissions, with a commission potential up to $25,000.

This is a full-time position located on-site at our property and includes a comprehensive benefits package. You will assist prospective residents with tours, process applications and lease agreements, coordinate move-ins/outs, and work with the management team to achieve leasing

Responsibilities

• Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries and property tours.
• Process rental applications and lease agreements.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the property management team to meet leasing goals.
• Market available units through online listings, social media, and community outreach.
• Represent Village Green at various outside networking & social functions.
