The candidate should bring 3-5 years in property management with leasing-up experience, strong communication, and leadership skills to ensure occupancy targets and excellent resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.
• 3-5 years in property management, including multiple lease-up experience.
• Adhere to fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Manage Lease-up process by executing a marketing plan and advertising to drive traffic to meet lease-up goals.
• Act as the ambassador for the new development in the local community.
• Build a Lease-up team by conducting interviews and coordinating onboarding activities.
• Motivate and engage your team, fostering growth and a positive work environment.
• Address resident, prospect, and vendor issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Oversee lease process including showings, application assistance, screening, and lease preparation.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs including inspections and turnover scheduling.
