Westminster in Ridgeland, MS is seeking a property manager with a proven lease-up track record for newly built communities. You will transform properties into thriving communities, delivering exceptional customer service and operating with a focus on value creation.

The role requires 3+ years lease-up experience on Class A+ properties, strong knowledge of tenant laws, and proficiency with Yardi, Office, Teams. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience:3+ years of Lease-up experience and proven success managing Class A+ residential properties. Experience with 55+ communities preferred.
• Expertise:In-depth knowledge of property management, tenant/landlord laws, and leasing practices.
• Tech-Savvy:Proficiency with Microsoft Office, collaboration tools like Teams and Zoom, and property management software (Yardi preferred).
• Problem-Solver:Strong analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
