Fiduciary Real Estate Development is seeking a dynamic Lease-Up Property Manager for our 232-unit luxury development, Echelon at Charlotte, NC. Lead lease-up strategy, coordinate a proactive marketing plan, and build a high-performing team to hit occupancy targets.

You will oversee showings, applications, screenings, and move-ins, while delivering exceptional resident service to ensure a vibrant, customer-focused community during the lease-up phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Lease-up process by executing a marketing plan, adequate advertising to the community that will drive traffic of potential renters to the community to meet lease-up goals.
• Act as the ambassador for the new development in the local community.
• Build a Lease-up team by conducting interviews, assisting in hiring process, coordinating onboarding activities, and ensuring new hires are effectively integrated into the team.
• Motivate and engage your team, fostering their continuous growth and development by modeling a positive and vibrant work environment.
• Address resident, prospect, and vendor issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner to uphold a highly sought after community.
• Oversee and support the lease process including showings, application assistance, screening, and lease preparation with accuracy, ensuring new resident satisfaction and meeting target occupancy levels.
• Coordinate all aspects of move ins and move outs including inspections and managing turn schedule, to deliver an outstanding unit to our newest FRED residents.

General Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills so that you can articulate how fantastic it will be to live at one of our properties.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.
• 3-5 years in property management, including multiple lease-up experience required.
• Adhere to fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies (training provided).

Schedule

40-50 hours a week; Weekend availability necessary through lease-up period

Salary Range

Base Salary: $80,000-$100,000/Annually; Additional Lease Up Commission/Bonus potential
