Incore Residential is seeking a dynamic Property Manager for a luxury lease-up community. The role is a one-person office tasked with leasing, operations, staff oversight, and outreach marketing. Starting pay is $75k annually with a monthly bonus.

The candidate will manage day-to-day operations, financials, resident relations, and marketing strategies to bring the property to full potential in a self-sufficient capacity.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve budget objectives for the property.
• Manage resident/landlord relations and accounting/collections.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance and project management.
• Prepare property reports for corporate office or clients by due date.
• Follow company policies and procedures; support regional oversight.
• Lead outreach and social media marketing for the property.
• Handle leasing and outreach for the luxury community.

• Effective communication and phone etiquette skills

Seeking a dynamic Property Manager for a luxury lease-up community. This candidate must be self-sufficient with a high attention to detail, and have the ability to multi-task while dealing with construction.

The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations which include all aspects of leaseing and bringing this new community to its full potentional. This candidate must excel in financial management, business planning, developing resident social programs, managing staff, and outreach/social media marketing.

This is a oneperson office, the property manager will also be resposible for leasing, as well as out reach marketing.

DUTIES

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
• Responsible for achieving company and client budget objectives
• Accountable for all Resident/Landlord Relations
• Responsible for accounting and collections
• Supervise daytoday maintenance operations to include project management
• Responsible, under the supervision of the Regional Property Manager, for propertyspecific and company reporting requirements as provided to the Corporate Office or clients on or before the due date
• Follow all organization's policies, practices, and procedures
• Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve property and company goals
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned
