Asset Living in Austin, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at a property. You will greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign leases while ensuring a smooth move-in process.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct leasing processes including appointments, tours, and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plans to increase property traffic and meet leasing goals.
• Handle resident relations, complaints, and retention initiatives.
