Job summary

TRG Management Company, LLLP is seeking a leasing professional to show and lease apartments, homes, and lots to prospective tenants. You will interview applicants, accompany them to model units, explain layouts and amenities, and process leases and deposits.

The role requires basic math, clear communication, and strong customer service. You will coordinate maintenance, assist in advertising efforts, and adapt to schedule changes while delivering excellent tenant experiences.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate from college or technical school; or 3–6 months related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, marketing plans, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
• Mathematical skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide; compute rate, ratio, and percent.
• Reasoning ability: apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities
