Job summary

CBRE, Inc. is seeking a Transaction Management Analyst to provide evaluation and support for lease administration and financial reporting.

You will manage monthly progress on renewals, rent commencements, and increases; support tracking lease information and property values; assist with local transaction implementation; and help with closeout hand-offs to lease administration. This role emphasizes CBRE RISE values and adherence to standardized procedures to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of lease administration and financial reporting principles.
• Familiarity with real estate transactions and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and report monthly on the progress of lease terminations, renewals, rent commencements, and increases.
• Support tracking lease information, property values, capital expenditures, rental rates, and real estate assignments.
• Assist with managing local transaction implementation.
• Facilitate closeout processes including hand-off to lease administration team.
• Provide transactional financial breakdown support to the team.
• Participate in various real estate transactions such as lease negotiation and administration.
• Administer quality assurance programs, customer satisfaction surveys, KPI tracking, and transaction scorecards.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
