The role requires a bachelor's degree, 3+ years in real estate or lease administration, strong Microsoft Office skills, and attention to detail. You will prepare reports, coordinate lease updates, and support managers across communities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance or related field.
• 3+ years of real estate, analyst or lease administration experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor portfolio for rent increases, read and update leases for accuracy.
• Research local laws and coordinate with legal to update leases.
• Run reports to verify rental rates and turnover data.
• Prepare lease types and update language or market rents as needed.
• Coordinate rent increase mailings and respond to community managers' questions.
• Train staff on lease execution and tracking in Manage America.
• Create and run reports to verify data in the system and correct as needed.
• Track deadlines for rents, charges and fees; assist with process improvements.
