• Accurately complete lease documents and maintain resident files.
• Enter resident data per company policy and support renewal programs.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in for market readiness; show vacancies.
• Assist in leasing activities, resident relations, and market surveys.
• Travel may be required; occasional weekend hours.
