Job summary

ETAS Inc. in Paducah, KY is seeking a Project Manager II (Direct Hire) to support the Paducah Site real property leases and related DOE interactions.

The role requires coordinating lease needs, preparing correspondence, and maintaining documentation with the DOE. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and substantial experience with environmental regulations, MS Office, and effective communication in team and independent settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university and five years’ experience or ten years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Suite and environmental regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Professionalism and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support DOE with the Paducah Site real property leases and track lease requirements to completion.
• Author letters to lessees in response to submittals and inquiries.
• Manage documents and letters between lessee and DOE.
• Prepare materials and presentations for DOE to capture lease activities.
• Coordinate with other contractors performing work for lessees.
