Job summary

Danos seeks a Lease Operator to monitor and optimize oil and gas production and injection wells, ensuring peak efficiency and reliable equipment operation on-site. You will perform field duties across multiple well sites and adhere to health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Lease Operator experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US Driver's License with clean driving record.
• Must pass background, drug test, MVR, agility, and fitness checks.
• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs., climb stairs, and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Non-scheduled callouts outside normal business hours can be expected.
• Monitor various well types and perform field maintenance.
• Test, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment and mechanical problems.
• Complete mandatory paperwork for customer and regulatory agencies.
• Daily monitoring of multiple well sites by vehicle.
• Follow environmental and safe-work practices.
