Qualifications

1+ years of Lease Operator experience required.
Must live within 50 mile radius of job location; Housing is not provided.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
Must meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit for duty.
Physical requirements include lifting 40 lbs, climbing ladders and stairs, and wearing PPE.
Understanding of environmental and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

Monitor, optimize, and maintain oil and gas production and injection wells on a rotating schedule.
Daily monitoring of multiple well sites by vehicle.
Test, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment and mechanical problems.
Perform mandatory paperwork required by customer and regulatory agencies.
General housekeeping and field maintenance.
