Job summary

Devon is seeking a Lease Operator to prioritize safety, regulatory compliance and efficient lease-site operations. You will perform production tests, monitor wells and equipment, and coordinate with maintenance teams to keep systems running smoothly.

With 0–3 years of E&P operations experience, you will apply skills in SCADA, ProdView, and field data reporting while supporting incident investigations and continuous improvement at multiple lease sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–3 years of relevant E&P operations experience preferred.
• OSHA 30–hour General Industry certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute production tests and monitor wells and lease equipment.
• Perform minor repairs and maintain orderly, safe lease sites.
• Ensure regulatory, environmental, and safety compliance and report incidents promptly.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and field engineers as needed.
