Job summary

Devon Energy Corp. seeks a Lease Operator to prioritize safety and regulatory compliance while conducting assessments of wells, equipment, and plant facilities.

You will produce daily reports on production and maintenance, execute production tests, and coordinate with Optimization Operators to optimize lease operations. Proficiency in ProdView, Eagle App, Cygnet, and Pi is expected, with focus on maintaining equipment integrity and ensuring environmental and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of relevant E&P operations experience preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification preferred.
• Strong safety, regulatory, and environmental compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational assessments of wells, equipment, and plants.
• Submit daily reports on production, equipment performance and maintenance.
• Perform production tests and minor repairs, maintain orderly lease-site conditions.
• Monitor control panels, gauges, and meters; lead setup/installation of new equipment.
• Coordinate with Ops Engineers and Foremen on lease activities and optimization.
