Job summary

Island Operating Company in North Dakota is seeking an experienced Lease Operator to support oil and gas operations. You will monitor production, perform routine equipment checks, and coordinate with field personnel to maintain safety and efficiency.

This is a full-time on-site position with a 7/7 rotation. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and communicating effectively with operations staff to optimize daily

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of production operating experience.
• Experience operating and maintaining production equipment.
• Clean MVR required.
• Must be local to the area.
• Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
• Ability to work independently while communicating with operations staff.
