Job summary

Sideworx Connect USA is seeking experienced Lease Operators for production operations in the Bakken region. These professionals will oversee multiple wells, ensuring optimal production and equipment reliability.

The ideal candidates are detail-oriented, safety-focused, and possess strong troubleshooting skills. Qualified applicants will have at least 6 months of hands-on lease operation experience, a valid driver's license, and relevant certifications in safety and hazard response.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Production Lease Operator.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Certifications in Safeland PEC, Basin 1, First Aid, and H2S Clear.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple wells to maintain production levels.
• Monitor equipment reliability and perform troubleshooting.
• Enforce safety procedures and reporting.
