Job summary

Danos, LLC in Williston, ND is seeking a Lease Operator to monitor, optimize, and maintain oil and gas production and injection wells, ensuring peak efficiency and reliability of production equipment while supporting Health, Environment, and Safety processes.

You will perform daily site monitoring by vehicle, test and troubleshoot equipment, handle required paperwork, and maintain field housekeeping; prior Lease Operator experience is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Lease Operator experience required.
• Must live within a 45-50 mile radius of Baker, MT.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving record required.
• Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit for duty.
• Physical requirements: lift 40 lbs., climb ladders/stairs, walk/bend/stop, wear PPE, respond to alarms.
• Understanding of environmental and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of multiple well sites by vehicle.
• Test, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment and mechanical problems.
• Perform mandatory paperwork required by customer and regulatory agencies.
• General housekeeping and field maintenance.
