Devon Energy Corp. is seeking a Lease Operator in North Dakota to uphold safety and regulatory compliance while overseeing well production, equipment maintenance, and field operations. You will perform production testing, minor repairs, and maintain a clean, organized lease site.

The role requires experience with SCADA systems and related field tools; a strong emphasis is placed on communication, problem solving, and timely reporting to supervisors and engineers.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of relevant E&P operations experience (lease site, equipment maintenance, and pipelines).
• Proficiency with ProdView, Eagle App, Cygnet, and Pi.
• OSHA 30-Hour General Industry Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform operational assessments of wells, equipment, and plant facilities; submit daily reports on production and maintenance.
• Execute production tests and conduct minor repairs; maintain organized lease sites and environmental cleanliness.
• Monitor control panels, gauges, and meters; lead setup and installation of new equipment as required.
