Job summary

Danos is seeking a Lease Operator to monitor, optimize and maintain oil and gas production and injection wells. You will ensure peak efficiency and reliability of production equipment while supporting Health, Environment, and Safety processes.

Responsibilities include after-hours callouts, site monitoring by vehicle, equipment testing and calibration, and completing required regulatory paperwork with a focus on safe work practices and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Lease operator experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US driver's license with acceptable driving record required.
• Must meet all background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit for duty requirements.
• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs, climb ladders and stairs, and respond to alarms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production wells at multiple sites by vehicle.
• Test, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment and mechanical problems.
• Perform mandatory paperwork required by customer and regulatory agencies.
• General housekeeping and field maintenance.

Overview

As a Lease Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and maintaining oil and gas production and injection wells. You will ensure peak efficiency and reliability of production equipment, support Health, Environment, and Safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Non-scheduled callouts outside normal business hours can beexpected.
• Types of wells include flowing, beam pump (with electronic pump-off controller), plunger lift, water injection, and waterdisposal.
• Types of facilities include production tank batteries, flowlines, LACT (lease automatic custody transfer) facilities, water injection plants, natural gas compression, cathodicprotectionand metering devices (electronic gas measurement and others).
• Job is to be performed by employing safe work practices whileutilizingacceptable environmental procedures to maximize earnings while minimizing costs on assigned oil and gas producingproperties.
• Daily monitoring of multiple well sites by vehicle.
• Test, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment and mechanicalproblems.
• Perform mandatory paperwork required by customer and regulatoryagencies.
• General housekeeping and field maintenance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Lease Operator experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving record required.
• Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit for duty.
• Physical Requirements - Must be able to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs. Walking, bending, and stopping are required. Must be able to wear personal protective equipment. Must be able to respond to visual and audible alarms.
• Understanding of environmental and safe work practices.
