Job summary

Crosby Energy Services is seeking a Lease Operator for operations in the Pecos / Fort Stockton area. The position follows a 14/14 schedule with night shifts, focusing on safe, efficient production of oil and gas assets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong production background and be skilled in daily operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of production equipment, ensuring reliable performance and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Lease Operator or Production Operator experience.
• Strong knowledge of oil and gas production operations.
• Experience with gas lift systems required.
• Experience with ESP systems required.
• Ability to troubleshoot production and equipment issues independently.
• Experience with production reporting and field documentation.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong commitment to safety and environmental stewardship.
