Job summary

Crosby Energy Services is seeking a Lease Operator to manage daily well operations in Fowlerton, TX. You will handle gas-lifted wells, ESPs, and three-phase separation, while operating gas compression, control boards, and pipelines.

You will perform minor maintenance on valves and pumps and support fellow operators and craft personnel. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, field experience, and the ability to read readings, take rounds, and follow procedures precisely.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in field duties related to lease operations.
• Solid understanding of wells, ESPs, gas handling, and separation systems.
• Ability to read gauges, monitor performance, and follow procedures accurately.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for well operations, gas lifted wells, ESPs, and three phase separation.
• Operate gas compression, control boards, pipelines, and perform minor maintenance on valves and pumps.
• Assist other operators and craft personnel in their duties.
• Prepare for and perform maintenance, take readings, issue work permits, and write procedures.
• Interface with support groups and engineering for data gathering and requests.
