• Experience in plant operations, oil & gas production, flowback, SWD, or related industrial operations.
• Experience around high-pressure equipment, pumps, valves, manifolds, or related production equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Computer skills are required.
• Ability to monitor multiple pieces of equipment and recognize changing operating conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and safe work practices.
• Must be able to work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts.
• Must have a clean MVR and background.
• Local candidates only.
