Danos, LLC is seeking a Lease Operator to monitor, optimize, and maintain oil and gas production and injection wells across field sites. You will ensure peak efficiency of production equipment and support HSE processes on location.

The role requires 1+ year of Lease Operator experience, willingness to work rotating day and night shifts, and a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record. You will perform required regulatory paperwork and daily field tasks with a focus on safety and

• Must be willing to work rotating day and night shift.
• Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving record required.
• Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit for duty.
• Physical requirements: lift 40 lbs, climb ladders and stairs, and wear PPE.

Overview

As a LeaseOperator,you willbe responsible formonitoring,optimizing, andmaintainingoil and gas production and injection wells. You will ensure peak efficiency and reliability of production equipment, support Health, Environment, and Safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Non-scheduled callouts outside normal business hours can beexpected.

• Types of wells include flowing, beam pump (withelectronicpump-off controller), plunger lift, waterinjection,and waterdisposal.

• Types of facilities include production tank batteries, flowlines, LACT (lease automatic custody transfer) facilities, water injection plants, natural gas compression, cathodicprotectionand metering devices (electronic gas measurement and others).

• Jobis to be performed byemploying safe work practices whileutilizingacceptable environmental procedures to maximize earnings while minimizing costs on assigned oil and gas producingproperties.

• Daily monitoring of multiple well sites by vehicle.

• Test, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment and mechanicalproblems.

• Perform mandatory paperwork required by customer and regulatoryagencies.

• General housekeeping and field maintenance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Lease Operator experiencerequired.
• Must be willing to work rotating day and night shift.

• High School Diploma or GEDrequired.

• Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving recordrequired.
