Job summary

Danos is seeking a Lease Operator to monitor, optimize, and maintain oil and gas production wells on a rotational schedule. You will ensure peak efficiency and reliability of production equipment while supporting Health, Environment, and Safety processes.

Responsibilities include daily vehicle-based monitoring, testing and calibrating equipment, completing regulatory paperwork, and maintaining field sites. Must have 1+ year Lease Operator experience, a valid US driver’s license, and be within 50

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Lease Operator experience required.
• Must live within a 50 mile radius of job location. Housing is not provided.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving record required.
• Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit for duty.
• Physical Requirements - must be able to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs, walk, bend, and respond to alarms.

Overview

As a Lease Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and maintaining oil and gas production and injection wells on a rotational schedule. You will ensure peak efficiency and reliability of production equipment, support Health, Environment, and Safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Non-scheduled callouts outside normal business hours can beexpected.


• Types of wells include flowing, beam pump (with electronic pump-off controller), plunger lift, water injection, and waterdisposal.


• Types of facilities include production tank batteries, flowlines, LACT (lease automatic custody transfer) facilities, water injection plants, natural gas compression, cathodicprotectionand metering devices (electronic gas measurement and others).


• Job is to be performed by employing safe work practices whileutilizingacceptable environmental procedures to maximize earnings while minimizing costs on assigned oil and gas producingproperties.
