• 1+ year of Lease Operator experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving record required.
• Must meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit for duty.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs, walk, bend, and wear PPE.

Responsabilités

• Non-scheduled callouts outside normal business hours can be expected.
• Monitor multiple wells (flowing, pump, plunger lift, water injection, water disposal).
• Maintain facilities (tank batteries, flowlines, LACT, water injection plants, compressors, metering devices).
• Perform safe work practices and environmental procedures to maximize earnings and minimize costs.
• Daily monitoring of multiple well sites by vehicle; test, calibrate, and troubleshoot equipment.
• Complete required paperwork for customers and regulatory agencies; general housekeeping and field maintenance.

Overview

As a Lease Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and maintaining oil and gas production and injection wells. You will ensure peak efficiency and reliability of production equipment, support Health, Environment, and Safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Non-scheduled callouts outside normal business hours can beexpected.
• Types of wells include flowing, beam pump (with electronic pump-off controller), plunger lift, water injection, and waterdisposal.
• Types of facilities include production tank batteries, flowlines, LACT (lease automatic custody transfer) facilities, water injection plants, natural gas compression, cathodicprotectionand metering devices (electronic gas measurement and others).
• Job is to be performed by employing safe work practices whileutilizingacceptable environmental procedures to maximize earnings while minimizing costs on assigned oil and gas producingproperties.
• Daily monitoring of multiple well sites by vehicle.
• Test, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment and mechanicalproblems.
• Perform mandatory paperwork required by customer and regulatoryagencies.
• General housekeeping and field maintenance.

Qualifications
