Job summary

Danos is seeking a Lease Operator to monitor, optimize, and maintain oil and gas production and injection wells on a rotating schedule. You will ensure peak efficiency and reliability of production equipment while supporting Health, Environment, and Safety processes.

The role involves field work across multiple well sites, troubleshooting equipment, completing required regulatory paperwork, and performing routine housekeeping and maintenance to maximize earnings and minimize costs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Lease Operator experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid US Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR, agility and fit for duty.
• Physical requirements - lift 40 lbs., climb ladders and stairs, wear PPE, respond to alarms.

Responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of multiple well sites by vehicle.
• Test, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment and mechanical problems.
• Perform mandatory paperwork required by customer and regulatory agencies.

Overview

As a Lease Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring, optimizing, and maintaining oil and gas production and injection wells on a rotational schedule. You will ensure peak efficiency and reliability of production equipment, support Health, Environment, and Safety processes.

Responsibilities

• Non-scheduled callouts outside normal business hours can beexpected.
• Types of wells include flowing, beam pump (with electronic pump-off controller), plunger lift, water injection, and waterdisposal.
• Types of facilities include production tank batteries, flowlines, LACT (lease automatic custody transfer) facilities, water injection plants, natural gas compression, cathodicprotectionand metering devices (electronic gas measurement and others).
• Job is to be performed by employing safe work practices whileutilizingacceptable environmental procedures to maximize earnings while minimizing costs on assigned oil and gas producingproperties.
• Daily monitoring of multiple well sites by vehicle.
• Test, calibrate and troubleshoot equipment and mechanicalproblems.
• Perform mandatory paperwork required by customer and regulatoryagencies.
• General housekeeping and field maintenance.
