Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Lease Administrator to support day-to-day property management for prospective and current residents across our single-family home portfolio.

The role includes lease processing, screenings, and compliance, plus collaboration with leadership to enhance systems and processes. Ideal candidates bring Yardi and Salesforce experience, strong organization, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's preferred in related field.
• Prior property management experience in single-family or multi-family rentals.
• MS Word/Excel proficiency with basic/moderate formulas.
• Yardi experience with 3–5 years; Salesforce experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic, growth environment.
• Teamwork and mutual respect within the company.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Real Estate License may be required for certain offices.

Responsibilities

• Process case management, scheduling, move-in calculator, file closure, lease uploads, screening, HOA, and generate all leases for new move-ins and current residents.
• Lease compliance: review and collect required documentation and fees to execute application screening and lease agreements.
• Case management: serve as the primary team to resolve general inquiries and requests from residents and internal partners.
• Collaborate with Lease Administration leadership to maximize, streamline and improve business practices.
