You will own lease records, monitor charges, and ensure accuracy in all related workflows while collaborating with Accounting, Facilities, and leadership to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
• Minimum of two years in lease administration, property management, or related role.
• Experience with system-driven workflows and data accuracy is essential.
• Proficiency with Yardi Voyager and MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Understanding lease structures and revenue/billing within a portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Administer lease and tenant records in the property management system.
• Execute recurring billing and revenue workflows, including rent cycles.
• Review lease documents and extract information for billing accuracy.
• Serve as primary contact for tenant inquiries on leases and accounts.
• Monitor tenant ledgers and coordinate adjustments with Accounting.
• Coordinate workflows involving tenant requests, vendor docs, and internal processes.
• Maintain organized property and vendor records while refining workflows.
