Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Lease Admin Coordinator II to audit contractual language, process lease packages, and interact with internal and external customers.

You will collaborate with Ryder Sales, Vehicle Administration, Pricing, Insurance, Purchasing and Lease Admin teams on package questions and escalations. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, independent work style, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Three+ years of work experience with at least one year in Lease Administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Audit contractual language and process lease packages.
• Assist Ryder Sales with researching and troubleshooting complex packages.
• Process lease packages and respond to internal/external customers.
• Test new technology and perform other duties as assigned.
