Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across our communities. You will greet prospects, lead tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in Process while working with on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects and guide tours.
• Process applications, credit checks and lease signings.
• Implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Use property management software to track leasing activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct community tours and show apartments to prospects.
• Process applications, perform background checks, and prepare leases.
• Develop and execute marketing activities to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Coordinate lease renewals and resident satisfaction initiatives.
• Maintain show units to company standards and coordinate with maintenance.
