GCI Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Legacy Gateway in Fort Myers, FL. You will guide prospects from tour to lease, presenting pricing, floor plans and community amenities while delivering exceptional customer service.

Role emphasizes building relationships with residents and using online tools to prepare leases, respond to inquiries, and support resident events, contributing to a vibrant, customer-focused community.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on the customer and previous sales experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build relationships.
• A skilled problem solver and self-motivated individual.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process from start to finish, identifying needs of potential residents and addressing those needs to close the sale.
• Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities and other offerings while touring prospects.
• Follow-up on phone and internet inquiries from prospects and leads.
• Assist with outreach marketing and planning of resident events and functions.
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain records using online tools and systems.
