Job summary

GCI Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for the Legacy Gateway community in Fort Myers, FL. You will manage the sales process from introduction to lease closure, identify resident needs, and present floor plans, pricing, and amenities with a focus on exceptional customer service.

In this role you will follow up on inquiries, support outreach events, prepare lease documents, and maintain accurate records using modern leasing tools.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on the customer and previous sales experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process from start to finish, identifying needs and closing the lease.
• Demonstrate pricing, floor plans, amenities and offerings during tours.
• Follow-up on phone and internet inquiries from prospects.
• Assist with outreach marketing and planning of resident events.
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain records using modern leasing tools.

What You Will Do:

• Manage the sales process from start to finish, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs to close the sale.
• Demonstrate an all-inclusive understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects.
• Follow-up on phone and internet inquiries from prospects and leads.
• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and planning of resident events and functions.
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain records using the most innovative online tools and systems.
