Job summary

Progress Residential in Las Vegas is seeking a Lease Administrator to support day-to-day property management for prospective and current residents. You will handle case management, lease uploads, screening support and lease generation, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), experience with Yardi and Salesforce, and strong organizational and communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in property management, especially single or multi-family, is required.
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills with basic to moderate formulas.

Responsibilities

• Process case management, scheduling, move-ins, and lease uploads for residents.
• Review documents and fees to support application screening and lease agreements.
• Serve as primary contact for residents and internal partners to answer inquiries.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve lease administration processes.
