An established industry player is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team, focusing on lease enforcement and property management. To accurately and timely enforce all lease provisions of assigned region/area between Ross and its Landlords including but not limited to reviewing lease clauses and reports for cotenancy, reviewing and paying CAM reconciliations, Real Estate Taxes and Insurance. Furthermore, to assist the Property Manager with special projects, while assisting the department to meet its annual goals. Some travel may be required.
The base salary range for this role is $60,000 - $97,450. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.
Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer. Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc. Consistent timeliness and regular attendance. Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically. This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States. #LI-Remote
