Simon Property Group is seeking a Lease Analyst to manage Specialty Lease Administration. You will self-manage workload for ToDo Tasks and rent suspensions, validating reports and assisting Field Staff with tenant ledgers and rent charges.

The role involves researching Yardi integration issues, maintaining trackers, and handling various billing tasks while coordinating with Lease Accounting and Mall Office Staff. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Aptitude for understanding financial reports and extracting information.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, coordinate, multi-task, and demonstrate initiative.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable knowledge preferred but not required (basic math, reconciliation).

Responsibilities

• Validate the Integration Report each morning and escalate variances to the Lease Accounting Supervisor.
• Research why a Specialty Lease does not integrate overnight into Yardi.
• Maintain the Lease Activation Tracker and communicate any conflicts found during research.
• Complete assigned Yardi ToDo Tasks for sales overage rent calculations and related billings.
• Analyze and process termination of Specialty Lease Agreements terminating early.
• Calculate partial month rent for final occupancy days when applicable.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
