Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited university.
• Experience in high-volume legal document review or contract analysis.
• Strong reading comprehension and ability to synthesize complex contracts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret commercial leases and related documents.
• Abstract leases into CoStar Real Estate Manager per guidelines.
• Summarize data without altering legal intent or meaning.
• Identify key data elements like dates, rent, and options.
• Audit financial terms and dates in contracts and data records.
