Job Summary: The Lease Analyst is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and analysis of oil and gas leases, contracts, ownership information, and lease obligations within Company land systems. This role is responsible for operational, legal, accounting, and land functions by ensuring accurate lease records, maintaining compliance with contractual obligations, resolving ownership and lease issues, and providing reporting and analysis for assigned assets. Responsibilities include lease and ownership record maintenance, lease and payment setup, obligation and compliance monitoring, reporting, and data analysis.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Land Administration – Leases and Contracts Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
This job operates in both a professional office environment and a field environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, tablets, smart phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
The ability to use a computer or phone for extended periods of time Basic use of office equipment such as copiers and fax machines Ability to lift 10 pounds occasionally Ability to concentrate Ability to sit for long periods of time.
This is a full-time salaried position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday but can vary due to workload/needs of the company.
Occasional travel is expected for this position.
