Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated invites applications for a Leasing Advisory Intern role in Salt Lake City, UT. You will support leasing brokerage activities, assist with market data, and help prepare client-ready materials while gaining exposure to CRE processes on both occupier and landlord sides.

The position emphasizes development of analytical and organizational skills, with opportunities to learn CRM tools and industry software in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• Previous internship experience in a professional environment preferred.
• Permanent US work authorization required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information.
• Excellent organization and time management, with ability to meet deadlines.
• Interest in pursuing a career path as a commissioned Broker.

Responsibilities

• Support senior brokers with business development and lead outreach.
• Gather and evaluate market data for client deliverables and presentations.
• Prepare offering materials, pitch decks, and other presentations for new business.
• Read, review, and abstract real estate documents such as leases and expense statements.
• Create and use Excel-based analytical tools and financial models for ad-hoc analysis.
• Shadow senior brokers in negotiations, evaluations, and documentation.
• Promote and support the use of JLL's brokerage software and CRM programs.
