A leading real estate firm in the United States is seeking a Lease Administration Manager. The role involves overseeing lease administration services, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing a team. Ideal candidates will have strong managerial and analytical skills, along with significant experience in lease administration. This is a full-time in-office position requiring excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsible for leading, directing and motivating the team responsible for the delivery of Lease Administration services defined for the assigned client account. Responsible for the integrity of the client’s property database, accurate and timely reporting in accordance with contractual commitments, and to meet high levels of client satisfaction to ensure a high standard of service excellence is maintained. Position will also include the supervision of other lease administrative staff.

This position is100% in-office. The role requires working in office during standard business hours. Remote work or telecommuting is not an option for this position.
