The role requires strong written and verbal communication, the ability to work independently, multitask, and build professional relationships across departments. You will collaborate with Sales, Vehicle Administration, Pricing, Insurance and Purchasing to resolve package questions.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Three (3) years or more previous work experience and one year of Lease Administration experience required.

Responsibilities

• Audit contractual language and process lease packages.
• Collaborate with Ryder Sales, Vehicle Administration, Pricing, Insurance, Purchasing, and Lease Admin teams.
• Assist Ryder Sales with researching and troubleshooting challenging or complex packages.
• Process lease packages.
