Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Strong technical accounting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, well-supported work.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end close and reconcile balance sheet accounts for lease portfolio and related transactions.
• Review new lease contracts and process payoff quotes in Asset Finance ERP.
• Prepare and file sales tax returns.
• Process property tax payments and rebills; prepare renditions.
• Support Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and process improvements.
• Assist in MD&A and footnote disclosures for Form 10-Q/10-K.
• Support internal, external, and tax audit requests.
• Complete special projects and ad hoc analyses as assigned.
