Job summary

Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in Green Bay, WI is seeking an Academic Systems Administrator to lead and optimize the LMS and academic technologies in support of teaching excellence and student success.

You'll partner with faculty, staff, IIT, and external vendors to administer Canvas, Studio, and related tools, improve business processes, and deliver data-informed professional development across the college.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related area required.
• Three years of related experience administering or supporting academic technology.
• Experience with Canvas and related academic systems and instructional technologies.

Responsibilities

• Administer and enhance academic systems and instructional technologies, including Canvas and related tools.
• Manage LMS daily operations, including course creation, session setup, reporting and permissions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and maximize effective use of Canvas and other systems.
• Provide advanced LMS support, diagnose issues, and coordinate with vendors for prompt collaboration.
• Serve as liaison between college and vendors for third-party LMS integrations.
• Lead cross-functional projects involving system implementations and changes.
