Job summary

CompoSecure is seeking a hands-on talent development practitioner to design, deliver, and continuously improve programs for operators, leaders, and professionals. You will partner with manufacturing supervisors and HR to ensure skills documentation, learning programs, and LMS records stay current and effective.

This role emphasizes hands-on facilitation, program coordination, and data administration to align skills with business needs and employee growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on LMS administration, reporting, course setup, and troubleshooting.
• Proven experience facilitating training for frontline, operations, or professional audiences.
• Strong analytical skills to turn learning data into clear insights and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead core learning programs for operators, frontline leaders, and professionals.
• Develop and maintain skills matrices and role-based capability profiles.
• Own day-to-day LMS administration, including enrollments, completions, and support.
• Draft communications to promote learning opportunities and drive a learning culture.
• Build dashboards to track skill progress and learning impact.
