Job summary

Public Strategies seeks a Learning Support Coordinator to join the Knowledge and Practice Division in Oklahoma City. You will coordinate day-to-day learner support across academy programs, develop user guides and FAQs, and provide high-quality helpdesk and technical support to learners and customers.

Ideal candidates have LMS experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating training programs and supporting learners.
Experience providing customer service and technical assistance via LMS/helpdesk.
Ability to develop user guides, FAQs, and training resources.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and training platforms.

Responsibilities

Coordinate day to day learner support across academy training programs.
Develop user friendly guides, job aids, FAQs, and learner resources.
Provide responsive customer service and technical support to learners.
Establish and maintain a learner support helpdesk.
Monitor feedback to identify improvements for training systems and resources.
Collaborate with training, events, and technology teams to ensure resources are accurate and accessible.
Support scheduling, materials, communications, and logistics for training delivery.
Travel as needed and maintain professionalism and organizational skills.
