Job summary

New Story Schools (PA) in Pennsylvania serves students ages 5–21 with autism and related challenges. As a Special Education Teacher, you design and deliver individualized instruction, create a structured, engaging classroom, and support social-emotional growth for every student.

You will develop IEPs, employ diverse teaching methods, track progress, document reports, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent student plans and meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and valid Pennsylvania Special Education teaching certification
• Minimum three months of experience working with students with disabilities
• Knowledge of child development, differentiated instruction, and behavior management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
