Job summary

New Story Schools (PA) is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to design individualized instruction and implement IEPs that meet each student’s unique needs.

You will create a structured classroom that supports learning and social-emotional growth, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and document progress and reports to ensure ongoing student success. Join our mission to empower students with autism and related challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and valid Pennsylvania Special Education teaching certification.
• Minimum three months of experience working with students with disabilities.
• Knowledge of child development, differentiated instruction, and behavior management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instruction using varied teaching methods.
